1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CarryLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of CarryLink constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

CarryLink is a peer-to-peer platform that connects people who need to send packages ("Senders") with travelers who have available luggage space ("Travelers"). CarryLink acts solely as a facilitator and is not a shipping company, courier service, or logistics provider. We do not handle, transport, or insure any packages.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be at least 18 years of age

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Sender Responsibilities

As a Sender, you agree to:

• Accurately describe the contents, weight, and dimensions of your package
• Not send prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or restricted items
• Comply with all applicable customs regulations and import/export laws
• Not send items that violate airline carry-on or checked baggage policies
• Provide clear and timely communication with matched travelers
• Honor agreed-upon pricing and delivery terms

5. Traveler Responsibilities

As a Traveler, you agree to:

• Accurately represent your trip details and available space
• Handle carried packages with reasonable care
• Verify the contents of any package before accepting it
• Comply with all airline regulations and customs declarations
• Deliver packages as agreed and communicate any delays promptly
• Not open, tamper with, or use carried packages

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being sent through CarryLink:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
• Hazardous or flammable materials
• Counterfeit goods or stolen property
• Live animals or perishable biological materials
• Items prohibited by the origin or destination country's laws
• Any items restricted by airline regulations

7. Payments & Pricing

Pricing for deliveries is set by individual Travelers on a per-kilogram basis. Both parties must agree on the final price before confirming a match. CarryLink does not process payments between users — payment arrangements are made directly between Senders and Travelers. We recommend using secure, traceable payment methods.

8. Limitation of Liability

CarryLink provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the reliability, timeliness, or safety of deliveries arranged through the platform. CarryLink is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, delay, or injury arising from transactions between users. Users interact and transact at their own risk.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between users, we encourage resolution through our in-app messaging system. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may contact our support team at support@carrylink.com for mediation assistance. CarryLink reserves the right to investigate disputes and take appropriate action, including account suspension.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software on CarryLink are the intellectual property of CarryLink or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written consent.

11. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or create safety concerns for other users. Upon termination, your right to use CarryLink ceases immediately.
